Paul was a partner at Freehills (and previous firms) from 1978 to 2001. The majority of this time was in management in one form or another. The events make the experience:

Paul is the Principal of the business. Once the Group is engaged on an assignment Paul will be closely involved at all levels. There are a number
of highly skilled Associates who are available to work with clients where specialist clients are required. These areas include coaching, accounting and practice management systems; learning needs analysis and specific skills resounders.

Paul’s management of Freehills was widely regarded as being very successful. They grew and prospered. He has been able to take that experience and adapt the learning for the benefit of his clients. Many clients have enjoyed considerable success using Paul’s approach.
